As a part of the Nike US Open of Surfing, Huntington Beach Pier will be hosting a totally FREE show with TV on the Radio and Toro Y Moi! We think this one’s worth the drive. Concert starts at 4:30.

Whether you agree with us that Sunset Blvd is one of the greatest films ever, or you just want an excuse to say “I’m ready for my close-up” for the next two weeks, Sunset Blvd is a great pick for Saturday night in the apropos setting of Hollywood Forever. Doors are at 7:30, movie starts at 9 pm, and tickets are $10.

Music: KCRW’s Who Shot Rock & Roll at Annenberg Space for Photography
A night of FREE music and photography celebrating Bob Dylan with the sounds of Raphael Saadiq, Band of Skulls, and KCRW DJ Anne Litt. The music will be staged in the outdoor plaza adjacent to the Who Shot Rock & Roll Photography Exhibit. We hope they don’t cover anything off of Dylan’s Christmas album.
